Rare-Breed Men Tribe is a Scottish charity and community anchor organisation working alongside African and ethnically diverse communities to reduce health inequalities, strengthen well-being, and create pathways to opportunity through community-led support.

Working across Edinburgh • West Lothian • Dundee

Supporting communities through partnerships with local organisations, public services, funders and volunteers.

COMMUNITY WELLBEING

Build real, lasting friendships with African and Black men and their families across Scotland. Whether for your career, your culture, or simply because every man needs his people.

MENTAL WELLBEING

Find safe spaces and honest conversations that put your well-being first. We focus on prevention, connection, and resilience. Because carrying the weight of life in a new country alone is not strength, it is unnecessary.

OPPORTUNITY & GROWTH

Celebrate who you are and who you are becoming. Through mentorship, community events, and shared purpose, we grow side by side.

Creating Lasting Change

We do not wait for change to happen. We build it through mentorship, sport, conversation, and community. Every program we run, every brother we welcome, and every space we create is a deliberate act of transformation. Not just for the men in the room, but for the families, communities, and Scotland they shape around them.
